Conservation Issues

BOOMING – that is the only way to describe energy development in the Rocky Mountain West these days.  And thus there is a need to understand how such large scale development affects birds and other wildlife species, both directly and indirectly.

From the avian angle, the three issues garnering the most attention at the moment are wind power, coal bed methane development, and biofuels.   We'll post more about these issues soon!
